Also referred to as SupraScripting©, Transformative
Life Coaching offers each participant the opportunity at re-establishing
positive personal power, inner direction and self awareness to effect
thriving personal and interpersonal results. Outcomes have shown
themselves successful across industry. Fundamentals of the transformation
process include redefinition and reframing of thought processes
and an eventual shift in a mindset required for effective change.
The method is based on the ecosystems philosophy which culminated
in a thesis written by Roleen Kaplan on injured atheletes’
and the positive outcomes in their subsequent healing, as a consequence
of them reframing their reality and problem context.

A multiple causation, bi-directional model (rather than a
uni-dimensional cause-effect model). |
|
| • |
|
Understands the complexity inherent in human lives. In relational
dynamics the interplay between the person and the situation
is viewed as a process of reciprocal causation and interaction. |
|
| • |
|
Outlines human systems as an ecology of ideas, complexly interwoven
and consistently influencing the system to behave in certain
ways. |
|
| • |
|
Views contextual factors as interdependent, interacting with
the individual system. |
|
| • |
|
Understands that a new reality is co-constructed through language.
Old problems then become deconstructed and replaced through
reframing. The original problem then ceases to be a problem.

Emphasises that there is no right or wrong, only perceptions
of ones own reality. |
|

|
Reinforces that each person is a system unto themselves and
becomes a participant observer in every interaction. |
The Transformative Life Coaching focuses in essence
on the processes of the individual systems and how they interact
experientially with other systems. Perceptions and behaviours are
deconstructed and reframed so that new patterns and processes are
co-created meaningfully. This offers the person the possibility
of greater self-awareness and being able to experience the environment
and himself / herself differently and in this manner open opportunities
for positive self growth.
| • |
|
To cultivate an understanding of self and consolidate the
knowledge of human interactions in participants. |
|
| • |
|
To develop a mode of behaviour that is integrated and constructive.
|
|
| • |
|
To combine the use of both theory and practice. |
|
| • |
|
To encourages experiential interaction (since it is only through
action of the new thoughts and behaviours that new skills can
be actualised). |
Because of the uniqueness of each participant,
the pace and time frame of reaching a desired outcome cannot be
pre-determined. A minimum requirement per client would be two months
(8 sessions) in which time key areas of development will be highlighted
and addressed to either reach the desired outcomes / goal in that
time frame or to create the opportunity through the interaction,
for the participant to create a frame of reference as the foundation
to transforming their thinking. This is achieved by constructing
a meaningful context and understanding for them to do so.
Thereafter, an evaluation of the each participant
will determine the way forward and it will outlined whether or not
additional Transformative Life Coaching sessions need to take place.
Duration:
1 hour per session
Minimum:
8 sessions (one session per week for 2 months)
The 8 sessions are booked and paid for in advance for each client
respectively
