As a research psychologist with specialization in sport, an international conference speaker, facilitator and transformation life coach, Roleen Kaplan has utilised her specialisation in her multidimensional approach to health and relationships, from industry to sport, where she addresses globally pertinent topics and their complexities, from a spiritual, relational, physical, emotional and mental understanding.

Her talks and workshops take a quantum leap into a new paradigm of thinking where the pace and competitiveness of corporate life finds meaning and the pervasive incongruence of relationships becomes shaped with clearer understanding. She has been instrumental in mentoring a number of sporting personalities and teams to national and international status.

Roleen is the founder of RoKap International Global (RIG) Performance Solutions, which traded as Huxley Consulting for seven years.

She was a nominee for the Shoprite Checkers / SABC 2 Woman of the Year Award, 2007.
