This workshop provides the
foundations of leadership training – current theoretical and practical
issues crucial to leadership skills. We look at leadership on three dimensions:
business, customer and people. Leadership is looked at by starting at
looking at yourself as a leader and how you project that leadership onto
others interpersonally.
This outcomes based, experiential workshop involves case studies, role
plays, visualization and symbolism to facilitate internalising and integrating
imperative skills into becoming a skill.
